Mobile Banking - Alerts

Member Direct Alerts are an optional extra layer of security for our members using online banking. Through our app, you can set up custom alerts to receive a text or email anytime certain activities are taking place in your account. This feature allows you immediate understanding of your account, and potential suspicious activities.

How do I sign up for alerts?

Follow these simple steps:

1. Log in to Online Banking from the home page and then with Increased Authentication.

2. Click on Messages and Alerts.

3. Manage your Alert Contact Names to register your phone and email address.

4. Manage Alerts to select the alerts you would like to receive.



Security Alerts

New Payee Added This alert notifies you when a new bill payment vendor account is added to your online banking account.
Personal Access Code (PAC) Changed This alert notifies you when your online PAC has been changed.
Online Banking Account Locked Out - Incorrect PAC This alert notifies you when access to online banking has been locked because the number of attempts to sign in has exceeded the number allowed. 

Balance & Activity Alerts

My Balance This alert notifies you of your available balance on a specific account and can be received daily, weekly or monthly.
Low Balance This alert notifies you if your available balance falls below the threshold you have set.
Deposit This alert notifies you if a deposit exceeds a threshold you have set.
Withdrawal This alert notifies you if a withdrawal exceeds a threshold you have set.
INTERAC® e-Transfer recipient added This alert notifies you if a new recipient has been added to your Interac e-Transfer list.
