Re: Jan 17, 2021 - Recent Online Banking Outage

This past weekend the MemberDirect Online Banking platform was down for a significant amount of time, and we wish to extend our sincerest of apologies to all members who were impacted. This was unexpected, caused by a system level upgrade, affecting credit unions across the province.

In the future we will do our best to respond and update on these situations as quickly as we can. Regularly scheduled maintenance and outages are posted on our website, right here, to inform you ahead of time.

We understand the inconvenience and frustration that something like this can cause and commit to a more proactive response should a prolonged outage occur in the future.
